What we collect
When you use the request form or contact us by text or email, we receive what you choose to send: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the site address or city, the number of openings or units, your access window, a description of the work, and any photo you attach.
Why we use it
To evaluate and respond to your request, to prepare a quote or schedule an assessment, and to keep an accurate record of the project if work is approved. We do not sell this information and we do not share it for marketing.
How it is handled
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores each submission and emails it to us; our email runs on Google Workspace. Photos you attach are stored with the submission. If a project goes ahead, your details become part of that project's records (proposal, completion package and invoice), which we keep for our business and tax records.
Photos
Please attach only photos of the window treatments, openings or hardware in question. Do not send images that show people, personal documents or anything unrelated to the work.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a submission that did not lead to a project, by emailing marq@gqipro.com or texting 734-320-3032.
Site basics
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation.
